On December 7, the related leaders and experts from the four general headquarters/departments of the PLA, the units and educational institutions of the PLA assembled in Beijing and made an in-depth and systematic research and exploration in the theories about nurturing commanding talents for joint operation.

Sponsored by the General Staff Headquarters of the PLA, the special symposium aims to deepen the understanding in cultivating commanding talents for joint operation, enrich the theoretical system of cultivating commanding talents for joint operation for the PLA and make further explorations of the effective cultivation mechanism and scientific training methods.
