Road accident kills 9 in east China

Nine people were killed and another injured in a traffic accident in east China's Shandong Province on Wednesday, local government authorities said.

The accident happened at 3 p.m. when a truck collided with a minibus at a crossroad in Jiaoxi Township of Jiaozhou city.

The cause of the accident is being investigated.
