Heavy snow kills 24 in China

Heavy snow has killed 24 people in China since Jan. 10, according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs here Monday.

More than 77.86 million people have been affected by the snow in 14 provinces including Anhui, Jiangxi and Henan by 2:00 p.m. Monday, according to the Ministry.
