The first session of the 14th People's Congress of north China's Tianjin Municipality elected Dai Xianglong as mayor of Tianjin on Friday.
The session also elected Fang Fengyou as chairman of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin People's Congress and Zhang Baifeng as president of the Tianjin Higher People's Court.
