Wumart Enters Beijing JV
Beijing-based retailer Wumart Stores Inc will establish a joint venture with Beijing Aoshikai Group Co, a traditional grocery operator and food processor, in a bid to further tap the capital's retail sector, according to reports.
Retail Sales Up 15.9% in May
China's retail sales in May climbed 15.9 percent from a year earlier, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Wednesday.
