Hong Kong pop singer and actor Andy Lau's new baldheaded image in his latest film Big Brother was revealed finally.

Much to his relief his new image was well accepted by the staff members in the crew. Even Lau himself couldn't help looking in the mirror again and again and praised his new smart image.

Lau had his hair shaved clean for the Big Brother last week in Beijing. In the film Lau plays a monk-turned striptease dancer with an extremely strong body who is accidentally involved in a murder case and develops an interesting relationship with a Hong Kong policewoman (played by Cecelia Cheung).

This is not the first time Lau has taken on the bald look.

Nineteen years ago he had his head shaved for a TV serial. At that time Lau was not so confident as with his looks now.

Reports said he cried over his fallen locks 19 years ago.

Though he was so nervous that he couldn't sleep the night before his head was shaved, Lau said he was very satisfied with the new image.
