9 Important Proposals from the Democratic Parties' Central Committees & the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce in 2004

During the Second Session of the 10th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) last year, the eight democratic parties' Central Committees and the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce submitted 115 valuable proposals on significant social and economic development issues. In the year since, they have received responses from the government organizations concerned, and in many cases have seen action taken on their advice.
