CITIC Securities approved for overseas investment
Adjust font size:

CITIC Securities Co said yesterday it had gained a license from the country's stock regulator to invest clients' capital in overseas securities markets under the Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor scheme.

The approval has made CITIC Securities become the third Chinese mainland broker to win a license under the QDII program. The stock watchdog has granted similar licenses to China International Capital Corp and China Merchants Securities Co.
