Blair Says "Limited Form of Uprising" in Basra
British Prime Minister Tony Blair said on Wednesday that Britain must give support to any uprising in Iraq although reports of uprising in Basra, Iraq's second largest city, are confused.

He also said he believed there was "limited form of uprising" in the city.

Blair made the remarks at the House of Commons before flying to the United States to discuss Iraq with US President George W. Bush later Wednesday.
