Visiting Chinese Vice-Premier Zeng Peiyan says Chinese and German economies are mutually complementary and have huge potential in technical cooperation.

Zeng Peiyan made the comments while visiting German's city planning and large-scale enterprises, adding that the two governments should strengthen cooperation in the fields of energy, land use and environmental protection.

During his five-day official visit, Zeng Paiyan visited Germany's Dresden waste water treatment center and the BASF center for environmental protection.
