Grenada's PM Starts China Visit

Grenada's Prime Minister Keith Mitchell arrived in Beijing Thursday morning, starting his five-day official visit to China as guest of Premier Wen Jiabao.

It is Mitchell's first visit since the two countries resumed diplomatic ties last January.

During Mitchell's stay, he will hold talks with Wen and meet with Vice President Zeng Qinghong. The two sides will sign a series of cooperative agreements.

Besides Beijing, Mitchell will also visit Shanghai, China's economic hub, and Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province.
