Adjust font size:

Five Chinese female pilots pose for a group photo at an airport in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province, November 13, 2007.

They are the country's first batch of female pilots recruited from university graduates and will start work as copilots on domestic flights for China Southern Airlines Thursday.

After graduation from university this year, they went through more than two months of rigorous training.
