Price of Thailand Tour Down to US$240 in South China

Travel agencies in Guangzhou recently introduced greatly reduced tours to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to stimulate the slack in the tourism market in Southeast Asian nations hit by the Tsunami.

Guangzhilu International Travel Company has introduced a six-day tour to Thailand during the Spring Festival holiday for only 1990 yuan (US$240) only, 40 percent lower than the usual Spring Festival price.

The low-priced tour is being supported by China Southern Airlines, Thai Airlines and travel agencies in Thailand. Manager in charge of Guangzhilu said all expenses and most classic scenic spots were included.
