Weekly Weather Forecast (Feb. 7 to 13)

Northwest China: February 7 to 8, northern Xinjiang and eastern parts of the region will be overcast with light snow, February 9 to 11, most of the region will be under sunny to cloudy skies. February 12 to 13, western and northern parts of Xinjiang and eastern parts of the region will receive light to moderate snowfall with force 4 to 6 northerly winds expected afterwards.

 

North China: February 7, central and southern parts of the region will experience light snow. February 8 to 9, affected by streams of cold air, most of the north will be overcast with light snowfall and force 4 to 5 northerly winds followed by a drop in temperatures. February 12 to 13, western and northern parts will continue to have light to moderate snowfall.

 

Northeast China: February 8 to 9, northern and eastern parts of the region will be overcast with light snow. February 9 to 10, most will have force 4 to 6 northerly winds and lower temperatures. February 11 to 12, most will see sunny to cloudy skies. February 13, northern parts will continue to have overcast days with light snow expected.

 

Central China: Affected by streams of both cold and warm air, from February 7 to 9 most of the region will experience light to moderate rain or snowfall. February 10 to 11, southern parts will see light to moderate rainfall, while central and northern parts will be sunny to cloudy. February 13, western parts of Henan and Hubei provinces will see overcast skies and light rainfall or snow.

 

East China: Affected by streams of both cold and warm air, most of the region will receive light to moderate rain or snow from February 7 to 10. February 11 to 12, areas south of the Yangtze River will get light to moderate rainfall with heavy rain expected in some places, while areas north of it will see sunny to cloudy skies. February 13, southern parts of Fujian Province will be overcast with light rain.

 

South China: February 7 to 8, western parts of the region will be overcast with light rainfall. February 9 to 10, western and northern parts will be covered with overcast skies and dampened by light rainfall. February 11 to 13, most of the south will meet light to moderate rainfall. 

 

Southwest China: February 7 to 8, eastern sections of the region will receive light to moderate rain or snow. February 9 to 10, eastern Sichuan Province and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau will be overcast with possible rainfall. February 12 to 13, eastern Sichuan, Chongqing and western Guizhou will continue to be overcast with light rainfall.
