90% of Customers Happy with Travel Service

A travel department official says that 90 percent of Chinese travelers feel happy about their Spring Festival tour. 

 

The total number of tourist has exceeded 69 million during the Golden Week, an increas of nine percent on the previous year. It brought the whole industry more than 31 billion yuan or about US$3.7 billion, an increase of eight percent on last year.

 

The official says the tourism industry has established a mature system to deal with the festival travel peak and to fulfill customer's needs.
