Train service from Shanghai to Ningbo in Zhejiang Province returned to normal yesterday, said the Shanghai Railway Administration.

A stretch of railway in Zhejiang subsided after a roadbed collapsed on May 9.

Usually 14 to 16 trains travel between the two cities each day.

Passenger train service was suspended on the route for one week.
