Weekly Weather Forecast (June 13 to 19)

Northwest China: June 13 to 15, western and northern Xinjiang and some southeastern parts of the region will experience light to moderate rain or showers with force 4 northerly winds. June 16 to 18, western and northern Xinjiang will continue to meet showers with force 4 to 5 northerly winds in northern Xinjiang and temperatures will also drop. June 17 to 19, eastern parts of the region will have light to moderate rain or showers with heavy rainfall and force 4 northerly winds expected in some areas. 

 

North China: June 13, central and northernmost regions will appear showers or thunder showers. June 14 to 15, most regions will be sunny to cloudy with force 4 northerly winds and higher temperatures, except northeastern sections of Inner Mongolia will meet showers or thunder showers. June 16 to 17, northernmost and eastern sections will receive showers or thundershowers. June 18 to 19, most regions will be sunny to overcast with thunder showers expected, accompanied by temporary lightning storms, strong winds and even hail in some areas.

 

Northeast China: June 13 to 15, most parts will appear showers or thundershowers with force 4 to 5 southerly, then northerly winds, while some areas will see heavy rain to rainstorms, accompanied by temporary strong winds, lightning storms or hail. June 16 to 17, northernmost and easternmost parts will fall more showers or thundershowers. June 19, most of the northeast will be under sunny to cloudy skies with overcast weather and thundershowers expected in western parts.

 

Central China: June 13 to 15, southern parts will be overcast with light to moderate rain accompanied by sunny to cloudy days in the central and northern portions with possible temporary light showers, while some of Hunan Province will have heavy to stormy rain. June 16 to 17, central and southern parts will have light to moderate rain or showers with heavy rain in some areas; northern parts will be sunny to cloudy with temporary light showers in some places. June 18 to 19, most parts will turn overcast with light to moderate rain, while some of central and southern parts will meet heavy rainfall to storm with cloudburst in some areas, accompanied by possible temporary strong winds, lightning rain or hail.

 

East China: June 13 to 15, central and southern portions will meet light to moderate rain or showers, while some of Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces will receive heavy rain with storms or torrent in some areas, accompanied by temporary strong winds and lightning storms. June 13 and 16, most of Shandong Peninsula will get showers or thunder showers. June 16 to 17, central and southern portions will have light to moderate rain or showers with heavy rainfall or storms in some places. June 18 to 19, most regions will be overcast and rainy.

 

South China: June 13 to 15, most of the region will experience light to moderate rain or showers, while Guangxi and western and northern Guangdong will have heavy rain to storms with possible torrent in some areas, accompanied by strong winds and lightning storms or hail. June 16 to 19, most regions will be dominated by sunny to cloudy skies and hot temperatures with showers or thunder showers in some areas.

 

Southwest China: June 13 to 15, most eastern parts of the region will be overcast with light to moderate rain or showers, while southern Sichuan, southern Guizhou and western Yunnan will see heavy rainfall or rainstorms; Eastern Tibet will receive light to moderate rain or sleet, with heavy rainfall expected in some areas. June 16 to 19, northeastern parts will continue to be overcast with light to moderate rain or showers, while central and eastern Yunnan and southeastern Guizhou will be cloudy with occasional showers or thunder showers.
