The 7the China Liuyang International Fireworks Festival is due to be held on October 18-20 in Liuyang city of central China's Hunan province.

The biennial event will be held with eye-catching grand opening ceremony and large-scale theatrical and fireworks performances, said the organizing committee of the festival.

The theatrical performances will be divided into four parts with sub-themes of Inspiring World, Romance World, Dream World and Joyful World, which will be combination of theatrical performances and fireworks show.

Fireworks contest will be held during the festival, which will also witness the establishment of the China Fireworks association, the source said.
