Tour Company to Pay Hurt Travelers

The Xuhui District People's Court yesterday ordered Shanghai CYTS Tours Corporation to pay 840,000 yuan (US$103,704) to a local family whose three members were all seriously hurt in a traffic accident when they were on a group tour organized by the agency.

Wu Bin, Fang Yufeng and their 11-year-old daughter Wu Jiayu joined a group tour to Harbin in Heilongjiang Province from January 16 to 19 last year.

When the group returned from a ski resort in a minibus on January 17, a traffic accident happened. All the three suffered from fractures.
