Airlines Join Hands Promoting 'National Day' Products

Still over one month away from China's National Day vacation, scheduled from Oct. 1 to 7, foreign airlines and tourism companies have already started tourism promotions.

Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Malaysia Airlines and Qatar Airways are jointly offering a "South Africa" tourism product.

Over 400 tourists will set out from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Kunming and Hong Kong during the vacation and will join a South African folk dancing party on Oct. 3. They will also participate in a golf competition and enjoy sightseeing around South Africa, said Zeng Song, general manager of the Huayuan International Travel Agency.

By National Day vacation, Chinese tourist groups will be allowed to visit 76 nations and regions. Africa will be more frequented by Chinese tourists, as well as Asia, Europe and Oceania.
