Jinmen to Attend Cross Strait Tourist Expo'

A 50-member delegation consisting of people from Jinmen local government and from tourist industry in Taiwan will attend the cross strait tourist exposition, which will be held in Xiamen on September 6.

 

The delegation will take the flight from Jinmen to Xiamen to attend the exposition with the aim of inviting mainland people to travel to Jinmen.

 

Apart from Jinmen, Penghu and Matzu in Taiwan will all send delegates to attend the five-day exposition, which is part of the ninth China Fair for International Investment and Trade (CFIIT).

 

The Jinmen transportation and tourism bureau said the delegation team would set an exclusive exhibition room to display local tourist information and some of the famous local native tourist products.

 

The delegation team will stay in Xiamen for eight days and meet leaders from the National Tourism Administration Bureau and officials from Fujian government. They will attend the opening ceremony for the exposition and the exhibition, the tourist forum, the symposium on Jinmen tourism, the cross strait tourist cooperation seminar and the round table discussions.
