Disneyland, Lijiang Are Hot Spots for Holidaymakers

A survey on domestic people's plan for the coming National Day holidays showed that among the 15,000 people questioned, 80.4 percent of the people choose going out during the coming holidays.

Among the destinations, Hong Kong Disneyland and Lijiang become the hot spots for travelers.

16.6 percent of the people in the survey pick up Hong Kong as their favorite destination and 60.4 percent of them expressed clearly that they choose Hong Kong because of the Disneyland Park. The survey also shows that most travelers pick up family tours, either in the form of the whole family or one parent with one child.

In terms of location, Guangzhou and Shenzhen residents are most enthusiastic about the Disneyland tour, next is Shanghai.

When asked about how they feel on the rising price of the individual tour to Hong Kong during the golden week period, 89.5 percent said it was acceptable.

Meanwhile, Li Jiang, Jiuzhaigou and Sanya still remain as travelers’ most frequently picked-up places. While Sanya topped the list during the Spring Festival, Lijiang (14.8 percent) overtakes it to stand on the number one position, with Jiuzhaigou (13.2 percent) and Sanya (11.3 percent) coming second and third respectively.
