Happy Valley Redeems Itself in Customers' Eyes

In an attempt to redeem its reputation after numerous complaints about its opening, Happy Valley has announced that opening day visitors can revisit the theme park any time in 2006 with tickets dated July 9th.

Happy Valley, Beijing, made a public apology July 10th, saying the park's managing staff could not anticipate so many tourists entering the park its first day of operation.

In another redemptive move, ticket fares for adults will decrease by 40 yuan, to 120 yuan per person.

It has also been reported that Happy Valley will announce information about its attractions through the media, websites, bulletin boards, and ticket offices.

The park's business hours have also been adjusted, from 9:30 to 21:00 previously to 9:30 to 20:00 now.
