Spring Arrives in Shanghai
Spring officially arrived in Shanghai yesterday, according to local meteorologists, who mark the start of the season following five consecutive days with average temperatures above 10 degrees Celsius.

The bad news, however, is that a cold air mass from northern China will see temperatures drop beginning today. Today's low is likely to be 8 degrees, 3.1 degrees lower than yesterday. The high should be 18 degrees, meteorologists said. Because of the cold front, the temperature dropped by 10 degrees yesterday from Wednesday. Cloudy weather is expected to prevail throughout the weekend and average temperatures this week will hover around 10 to 11 degrees.
