Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho, aka "The Special One", is generally regarded as one of the best club managers of all time, though he regularly courts controversy with his outspokenness. He signed a four-year contract with Real Madrid in 2010, gaining him an annual salary of €10 million. He led the club to win La Liga in the 2011-12 season and agreed to stay on as its manager until 2014. Between Feb. 23, 2002 and Apr. 2, 2011, Mourinho and his team went undefeated for 150 home league matches.

From Porto, Chelsea and Internazionale to Real Madrid, Mourinho has proven his god given talent and brilliant strategies in pushing his team to greatness on fields across the world by winning 19 trophies in 10 years. He become the first-ever coach to win two Primeira Liga trophies, two Premier League trophies, two Serie A trophies and one La Liga trophy. Mourinho was named the World's Best Club Coach in 2010 by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).
