2. The Three Gorges Dam
The Three Gorges Dam has been featured three times on the Renminbi. Currently, it appears on the backs of both the five Yuan note of the fourth series and the ten Yuan note of the fifth series.

The five Yuan note features the Three Gorges Dam landmark, the Wushan scenic spot. The Wushan Gorge has a length of 40 kilometers, with steep cliffs posed at both sides of the rushing river. Take a boat ride on the river, drifting between the towering mountains and eye-opening foliage. Meanwhile, the ten Yuan note features a bird's eye view of the Three Gorges Dam.
