6. Mt. Tai

Mt. Tai appears on the back of 5 Yuan note of the fifth series. Mt. Tai is renowned as the No.1 mountain in ancient Chinese culture. Despite a height of only 1,546 meters, it used to be the holy land for ancient emperors to pay tribute to the sky and land. Nowadays, Mt Tai is a geographic park famed for its unique landscape.
