Day 3:
Rilong Township-Xiaojin County-Danba County
Jiaju Tibetan Village
Itinerary:
Take the S303 provincial road and drive along the Xiaojin County river valley. Head toward Danba by way of Xiaojin County and visit the monument for the Red Army joining forces in Dawei if you like. When you arrive at Danba county, head toward the Jiaju Tibetan Village, which is 7 kilometers away from the country seat. Stay overnight in the village.
Highlights:
Danba: Danba has always been called the Kingdom of Watchtowers. The watchtowers are built on the mountain and concentrated on both sides of the river valley either in threes and fours or alone.
