Another spectator said, "We love the people, we love the food, we love the culture. And we thank Beijing for doing a wonderful job with the Olympics. We will be back, we love your city so much. Thank you Beijing."

Another spectator said, "We've never been so proud of our country. The Beijing Olympics did paint a harmonious picture. The entire world is a family. We're proud, happy, and excited."

China has prepared intensively for seven years for the Beijing Games. But today's glory belongs to everyone involved with sports, all sharing the same Olympic dream.

Over the past seventeen days, China has been fulfilling its century-old Olympic dream. While the Games are over, the dream doesn't end tonight. Faster, higher, and stronger remains the goal, in sports and in life. And the world is looking forward to London in 2012.
