Almost a hundred kids were planting sunflowers on Saturday in Century Park to express best wishes for the Shanghai Expo.

Through planting sunflowers, the organizer of this activity hopes to strengthen the idea of environmental protection for children and teach them to care about every tree and every blade of grass.

At the same time, the children gain the opportunity to take part in the theme of the Shanghai Expo "Better City, Better Life" through their own work to make the city more beautiful.

The children who have participated in this activity say that they hope to enjoy the sunflowers sown with their own hands and look forward to sharing them with children from other countries when the Shanghai Expo opens next year.
