Vincent Kok's new comedy is a star-studded holiday film. It tells a story of the "Hundred Stars Hotel," a well-equipped five-star hotel at Qiandao Lake, Hangzhou. It is managed by Cruella, who intends to raise the hotel's standards. Unfortunately, Cruella has her hands full with a group of incompetent staff including OK, Pacino, Peach and Sammy. To further complicate matters, Cruella hears rumors of a hotel detective who is supposedly on his way to possibly give Hotel Deluxe a Hundred Stars Hotel rating and Cruella will have to fight to maintain the hotel's ratings.
