从2014年7月3日开始，中央档案馆开始在网上连续公布日本侵华战犯的罪行自供，每天一名战犯，共45人。这些罪行直供均为战犯笔供原貌，不做任何材料整编和删节处理。31日公布的战犯是宇津木孟雄，以下为中英对照供词：
