日本侵华战犯筑谷章造笔供：酷刑拷问中国军民

从2014年7月3日开始，中央档案馆开始在网上连续公布日本侵华战犯的罪行自供，每天一名战犯，共45人。这些罪行直供均为战犯笔供原貌，不做任何材料整编和删节处理。8月5日公布的战犯是筑谷章造，以下为中英对照供词：

筑谷章造	Shozo Tsukutani
据筑谷章造1954年10月笔供，他1894年出生，日本鸟取县人。在日本帝国主义侵华期间，曾任伪满洲国沈阳警察厅特务科科长、热河省承德警察厅警务科长等职。	According to the written confession of Shozo Tsukutani in October 1954, he was born in Tottori Prefecture, Japan in 1894. During Japan's aggression against China, he served as chief of Secret Service Division, Shenyang Police Department and chief of Police Division, Police Department of Chengde, Rehe Province of the "Manchukuo".
重要罪行有：	Major offences:
1936年4月，逮捕78人，以“灌凉水、殴打、手指间夹铁棍以及其它鬼畜都不忍的手段来审问”。后将其中11名党员送检察厅判刑，4名判处死刑。	April 1936: arrested 78 people, "interrogated them with most brutal acts such as bloating water into their body, beating, clamping their fingers together with iron bars in between, etc."; Later, 11 party members among them were sent to the Procuratorate and 4 were sentenced to death;
1939年6月后，指挥部下“破坏了500户（居住500人），修筑10个集团部落”。	After June 1939: ordered the subordinates "to destroy 500 households (with 500 residents) and construct 10 tribal groups".
