Chinese Consumer Sues Nestle

A Shanghai consumer hand in an open letter to protest against the unlabeled transgenic food Nestle has sold in China.

A Shanghai consumer who has sued Nestle Company flies to its headquarters in Switzerland to hand in an open letter to protest against the unlabeled transgenic food Nestle has sold in China.

The consumer rejects Nestle's " dual standards" for consumers in Asia and those in Europe and says Chinese consumers should be granted the equal right to know when choosing products.

Foreign transgenic foods have poured into China in recent years, and this has aroused the attention of the Chinese government.
