Two models out of more than 40 candidates from across the country have been chosen to represent China at the world model contest on Dec 6 in Istanbul, Turkey.

At the final contest in east Jiangsu Province, Li Xiaofei, 17, a woman from the northeastern Liaoning Province, and Si Gaofeng, 21, a man from the central Hubei Province, beat their rivals to win in swimming suit, casual wear, and evening dress displays.
