China's Ministry of Public Security (MPS) recently issued a class B warrant for female fraud suspects Li Hui and Tang Guozhen for conning more than 400 women in the southwest Chongqing Municipality.

From 2004, the criminal gang headed by Li and Tang bilked middle-aged and elderly women in the Shapingba, Nan'an, Jiangbei, Fuling and Changshou districts of Chongqing and illegally earned more than two million yuan (278,000 U.S. dollars).

Li, 44, is 1.53 meters tall with a round face and curly hair. Her ID number is 510225196404106449.

Tang, 50, is 1.59 meters tall with an egg-shaped face and curly hair. Her ID number is 51020219580614182X.

A reward of 10,000 yuan each has been offered for information leading to their arrest.

The ministry uses several types of warrants, starting with class A for very serious crimes. Class B is for less serious offenses and is generally issued at the request of lower-level authorities.
