14 S. Korean Tourists Injured in Jilin Road Mishap

At least 49 people, including 14 tourists from the Republic of Korea, were injured in a collision of two buses Tuesday in northeast China's Jilin Province, according to local police sources.

 

The accident occurred at about 8:25 a.m. when a passenger bus carrying Korean tourists bumped against another bus on a road in the Changbai Mountain, a tourist resort in the province.

 

All the injured have been sent to local hospitals. The two drivers and a Korean tourist were seriously wounded.
