Weekly Weather Forecast (October 23 to 29)

 

Northwest China: October 23, northern Xinjiang will have light rain or snow with force 5 to 7 northerly winds. October 23 to 25, eastern areas will have light rainfall or showers with moderate drizzle in some places. October 26 to 27, most of the region will be dominated by cloudy skies with showers or light rain in some parts. October 28 to 29, western and northern Xinjiang will encounter light rain or snow while the remaining areas will be sunny to cloudy.

 

North China: October 24, some western areas and eastern Inner Mongolia will have light rain, snow or sleet. October 25, central, southern and eastern parts will have light rain, snow or rain showers with moderate rainfall in some places. During the latter half of the week most of the region will continue to have sunny to cloudy skies with force 4 to 5 northerly winds in northernmost areas.

 

Northeast China: October 24 to 25, most parts will continue to experience light rain, snow or sleet with moderate rain or snow in some regions accompanied by force 4 to 5 southerly or northerly winds. October 27, easternmost and southern parts will encounter light rain, snow or sleet with moderate rain or snow in some areas. October 27 to 29, most of the region will blow force 4 to 6 northerly winds with low temperatures.

 

Central China: October 23 to 24, the majority of the region will be mainly cloudy with light rainfall or showers expected in some of western parts. October 25 to 27, central and southern parts will be overcast with light rain or showers with moderate rain in some areas. During the latter half of the week most parts will have sunny to cloudy skies with possible showers in some locations.  

 

East China: October 23 to 24, the majority of areas will be mainly sunny with showers in some areas. October 25 to 27, areas north of the Yangtze River will have light rain or showers with moderate rain in some parts. October 28 to 29, most areas will see sunny to cloudy skies with light rainfall or showers possible in some areas.

 

South China: During the week, most parts will be under sunny to cloudy skies with occasional showers expected in northern and western areas. During the latter half of the week the southern coastal area will have light to moderate rain or showers.

 

Southwest China: During the week, eastern and southern Tibet and most eastern sections of the region will see more overcast and rainy days. October 23 to 25, eastern Sichuan, most of Chongqing and northern Guizhou will receive moderate rain with heavy rainfall in some areas. October 28 to 29, southern Sichuan, some of Chongqing and northern Guizhou will continue to have moderate rain with heavy showers in some locations.
