       提起交通信号灯，那是再常见不过的了。有小人儿模样的，有自行车形状的。

       不过，你见过手掌状的信号灯吗？而且，还是一只竖着中指的手掌。

       近日，在美国华盛顿州斯波坎市的一条街道上，交通信号灯由于突如其来的恶劣天气出现了故障，原本禁止通行时显示的一只红色手掌，如今却只剩下一根中指亮着。

       这让从这里经过的居民们是又好笑，又尴尬。

       有人戏言道，不知道信号灯上的这根中指是竖给这恶劣的天气呢，还是竖给那些不遵守交通规则的司机和行人们。

       对此，斯波坎市市政发言人解释说，由于近期大量的降雪，很多信号灯被雪水浸泡后，显示屏出现故障，这才导致这一尴尬事件的发生。

       不过，现在，相关单位正在对全市的信号灯进行紧急抢修，估计不久就能修好。
