The 2013 Summer Universiade officially arrived in Kazan today, on June 29, as the first athletes began arriving in the host city of the upcoming World University Summer Games. The first to step foot on Tatarstan soil was a representative of Costa Rico, Andrea Victoria Gillien Bargas. All guests will be accommodated in the Universiade Village, which is well equipped and set up for their arrival. The Main Restaurant started its work early in the morning today, and in the evening the grand opening of the Universiade Village, its lounge zone and the Universiade Museum, which is located in the campus, will be held.
