Hangu Pass Site in Han Dynasty [Xinhua]

Located in Xin'an County of Luoyang City, Henan Province, Hangu Pass from the Han Dynasty has more than 2,100 years of history. The unearthed relics and ruins proved that the wall, architecture and paths were built during the Han Dynasty (206 BC - 220 AD). It provided important information for the study of the ancient pass system and has supported the application for the list of world heritage on the Silk Road.
