Tip 4: Warm up with tea

A number of Cantonese dim sum restaurants in Shanghai stay open for 24 hours and their steamed meat and vegetables are an excellent choice for late-night snacking. Warm herb teas are an ideal accompaniment and don't contain caffeine. You can also choose low-sugar juice (such as kiwi or tomato juice), or just plain water.
