In Germany, the Berlin International Tourism Expo is underway. The event is the largest of its kind in the world. This year, the Chinese province of Sichuan is figuring prominently at the expo, following the devastation of last year's earthquake.

This year, the Berlin International Tourism Expo has attracted more than ten thousand participating organizations from nearly 200 countries and regions. China has sent a huge delegation, representing 74 tourism organizations from eighteen provinces and municipalities of the country. The State Tourism Administration of China hired out an exhibition space of nearly five hundred square meters at the expo.

The province of Sichuan is appearing at an international-level tourism exhibition for the first time since the earthquake last May. And it has come armed with a message of hospitality and confidence.
