"I wish the job in the garden could be a permanent one so I can save enough money to build a house for my son and find him a wife."

Lei Wenbi, a farmer in Huamao Village of Zunyi County, leased her contracted land through land circulation mechanism. The land was transformed to a high-efficiency agricultural garden. In addition to the rent, she started working in the garden and has earned 2,000 yuan (US$304) per month.
