Saudi Arabia has confirmed an order for 48 Eurofighter Typhoons in April of 2012. According to the previous contract, the 48 aircrafts were to be assembled in Saudi Arabia. However, as BAE and Saudi Arabia still hadn't agreed on the final price for the 48 aircrafts, the second batch of the 72 aircraft contracts signed in September 2007. The two parties will negotiate again in 2013.
