从2014年7月3日开始，中央档案馆开始在网上连续公布日本侵华战犯的罪行自供，每天一名战犯，共45人。这些罪行直供均为战犯笔供原貌，不做任何材料整编和删节处理。8月12日公布的战犯是野崎茂作，以下为中英对照供词：

| 据野崎茂作1954年8月笔供，他1898年9月出生，日本静冈县人。1931年起到中国东北参加侵华战争，曾任奉天日本宪兵队兵工厂分队曹长，怀德县警务科科长等职。1946年1月15日被逮捕。 | According to the written confession of Shigesaku Nozaki in August 1954, he was born in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan in 1898. In 1931, he went to northeast China to take part in the War of Aggression against China.
