| 13, The Regulations for Flight Control of General
Aviation are promulgated. As one of stipulated general aviation activities,
Chinese citizens are allowed to fly their personally owned airplanes in
the country's airspace according to the regulations, which took effect on
May 1, 2003. 23, The All-China Federation of Trade Unions issues its first blue book,
entitled "Chinese Trade Unions' Safeguarding of the Legitimate Rights
and Interests of Workers and Staff Members." The blue book uses abundant
data to introduce the work of Chinese trade unions and the materialization
of rights and interests of workers and staff members in nine fields, including
their economic, political and cultural rights. |
