Jiangsu continued to take its second spot for the third consecutive year with its GDP of 4.86 trillion yuan (US$752.46 billion), an 11 percent increase over 2010 at comparable prices. It was the second consecutive year for Jiangsu's GDP to exceed 4 trillion yuan (US$619.31 billion). Its GDP per capita jumped from 52,840 yuan (US$7,805) in 2010 to 61,534 yuan (US$9,527) in 2011, ranking fourth in the country. In 2011, the province registered 26,341 yuan (US$4,078) in per capita disposable income for urban households and 10,805 yuan (US$1,673) in per capita net income for rural households, an increase of 14.8 percent and 18.5 percent, respectively. Its GDP in 2011 exceeded that of Turkey in 2010 at US$735.26 billion.
